Biography

Justine M. Daly has been a solo practitioner dedicated to Immigration law and Family law for more than 30 years. She has always approached the profession of law as not merely the pursuit of justice and equity for her clients, but also as an opportunity that society has afforded her as a way of providing public service. To that end, she has pursued international and post graduate study in the law, been actively engaged in advancing the professional standards of legal practice through work with the San Antonio Bar Association, the San Antonio Family Lawyers Association, and as the Founder and former Chair of the Immigration and Nationality Law Section of SABA. In addition, she served nine years on the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Advisory Commission for Family Law and is the current Chair of the SBOT Immigration and Nationality Law Section Council. She has been Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law since 2002.

Justine has practiced many different types of immigration cases, such as business visas for individuals, entertainers, and companies/corporations, provided representation in deportation/removal proceedings, as well as family related immigration visa preparation and naturalization procedures. Justine also has experience with all types of family law cases, including jury and non-jury trials, mediation, arbitration, and appeals. Her favorite area of practice is doing adoptions and especially adoptions which have immigration issues.
